I will hold space for you to feel and process as we watch the weight and size of the emotion lighten and shrink, until you feel it release, and feel the space that's left in its place. Finally able to hear your inner wisdom clearly.

During this emotional release session, I will walk you through how to locate the emotions that have been sitting in your body, physically and energetically, and together we will coax them out of hiding and allow them the stage so that they may finally be expressed and the beauty of it is that, as soon as they feel seen and heard, they transmute and dissolve.

An emotion is simply what our bodies feel in response to something. It doesn't become a feeling until we attach meaning to it, when our minds put together a story.
It's hard for us humans to just let a physical response exist without going in loops about what it might mean, and so we write the stories and we attach to them. We then walk around with all these feelings and stories stuck in our bodies.
And that's completely unnecessary.
They're clogging you up. Taking up space that could be used for other things. Let's clear out some space so you can sit in a moment of peace and find some clarity.
It's so much simpler than we think. Not always easy, but yes simple.

It's easy to believe someone out there knows more than we do, and thus might have all the answers we need. We think they'll say the perfect thing that will reach us in the perfect way and unlock all of our potential and motivation.
The truth is we really do have everything we need. It is so cliche and annoying to hear those words sometimes, but our intuition is connected to that magical unknown world we can't see, and all we need to do is be quiet enough to hear it.
You don't need saving, you don't need a healer, you just need to trust the inner guidance you receive and be brave enough to follow it. My goal is not to be your guru in any way, shape, or form. It is to guide you to yourself and teach you how to access your own inner voice so you eventually won't need me anymore.

What would I need to bring to the session?
Just yourself and your willingness to feel your feelings. You'll need uninterrupted time and a space where you feel safe to drop in and express.
how will i feel after the session? better or worse?
This will likely be one of those experiences that ends with a big deep sigh. You will bring things up to the surface to be felt. You will feel better and you may need more time with those feelings to fully release them.
what will the session itself be like?
I will lead you down into your body through your mind. We will look through your body for trapped emotions. We will explore what those emotions are and will allow anything that needs to be expressed.
how will we meet virtually?
Once you purchase your session, I will send you an email with a link to my calendar. Once you choose a time that works for you, I will send you a zoom link and that's where we will meet.
what if i need more time?
If the 44 minutes isn't long enough to feel something to completion, I will close the session gently and we can do another session. If I don't have any other calls after yours, we can extend the call with the promise of payment for the extra time.
WILL the session be recorded?
I will record the session for you because sometimes we are able to drop into a space where you clear out the beanbags and receive wisdom from your inner voice. I want you to have that to refer back to.
Listening to your intuition is the ultimate goal. Sometimes when we try to connect to that part of ourselves, there is a lot in the way, and it's ok. We just need to clear that out and we can do that by:

It is such an important part of leading ourselves through life; noticing ourselves, our thoughts, our reactions, and making micro-shifts as we go.

Sometimes we think that if we let the feeling say what it needs to, it will be too big to handle. The opposite is true. Once it gets the attention it's been needing, it tends to go away.

Clearing stuff out that we've been carrying around for decades isn't a one-and-done thing. When you clean your shoes, they don't stay clean forever. It takes maintenance.
